Is this a subscription?
No. Each template is a one-time purchase of $14.99 USD. You pay once and keep your copy.
Where is my data stored?
In your copy of the spreadsheet, inside your own Google account. We can't see or open it.
What can the script access?
Only the spreadsheet it's attached to. It can't read your email or other files, and it makes no requests to outside services. The setup guide has the details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 60 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go through Polar, the merchant of record.
Can you customize a template for me?
No. Sheetstead sells templates only — no custom work. In your own copy you can change settings, column labels and colors. Keep the tab names as they are.
